KENS 5 is a CBS-affiliated station based in San Antonio, Texas. This station is owned by The Gannett Company and it is quite popular in the city of San Antonio. One of its most popular programs is Great Day SA, a local talk and lifestyle program that is aired every weekday morning at 09.00AM. The show is modeled after similar morning talk shows produced other stations such as WFAA’s Good Morning Texas. Great Day SA was formerly hosted by Lu Parker, 1994 Miss USA winner. Lu was replaced by Kristina Guererro who was then replaced by reporters Bridget Smith and Danielle Saar.
